Heartless Exploitation

So once again the Tibetan people have raised the snow-lion flag to challenge the oppressive rule of Communist China, facing bullets, prison, and torture, their desire for cultural, civil and political freedom remains undaunted. Such momentous events of course will not trouble the conscience of Christopher Hansard, who parasitically exploited Tibet's Bon culture with a beathtaking cynicism and callous indifference.

this is a link to a programme broadcast this morning on woman's hour on bbc radio 4 about the story of a group of nuns exiled from Tibet.

It was totally supportive and explicit in its condemnation of their abuse, imprisonment and torture.

thanks for that...there can be the occasional isolated feature which is less timorous and more factual..problem is the BBC4 propaganda is a flagship programme, shipped around the world and with a fairly sizeable market in the UK
